In order to achieve quick results in establishing the advanced technology for the manufacture of solid cushion tyres, Bremels started the operations of this product group as an extension to their existing activity. This helped the production of solid cushioned tyres in several ways. The total compounding and mixing facility was already established.

Extensive laboratory checking of incoming materials, intermediate compounds and components in the manufacturing of solid tyres and physical checking of final products was thus easily established. These departments are already manned with competent and experienced technicians supported by engineering staff. 

Bremels, having established the technology and having started the commercial production are now considering massive expansion to enter global markets. Separate additional plant capacity is being developed for the mega operations.
